MNA Alleges County Screwed Up, "Destroyed Evidence"

The MNA alleges that Yellowstone County attorneys have refused to return phone calls left by the MNA, stating "which indeed supports the fact that we already think that they have something to hide - the county is not telling the public the truth on the dog/Kapsa case ." They also state they obtained a document alleging that Yellowstone County Animal Control's John Flemming destroyed "state evidence", in which they provide a scanned copy of the document.
The document appears to be (possibly) truncated or incomplete, it is only one page, there is no other accompanying information. |
